Paying Rent: Rent is paid through your online portal. There is also an option to pay with cash at convenience stores. Please see the link below for more information if you are having trouble.

Electric: There are a few electric providers including Duke Energy, FPL, and OUC. You can visit the Additional Links and Resources tab at the top for help. If you are having trouble finding the correct one you can call the city or ask a neighbor.

Water: For Deltona, it is Deltona Water. For Deland, the City of Deland. For Leesburg, the City of Leesburg. For Orange City, the City of Orange City. For South Daytona, the City of South Daytona. You can visit the Additional Links and Resources tab at the top for help. If you are still having trouble contact the city or ask a neighbor.

Gas: Some homes require natural gas or propane to heat either the furnace or hot water tank. You may have a tank that needs to be filled or a connection to the city line. The main providers for the area are Florida Public Utilities and TECO. You will need to do an internet search for providers in your area or visit the Additional Links and Resources tab at the top for providers.

Mail: Some homes do not have a mailbox on property and have a USPS "superbox" nearby for multiple homes in the area. To obtain a key take your lease to the nearest USPS office and pay their fee. Apartments also have a central mail box with keys that can be obtained from the nearest USPS office by paying their fee

Circuit Breakers: If you have activated your power and are still having trouble, always check your breaker box to check to see if all fuses are switched to the on position.

Garbage: Garbage is provided by either the city or Waste Pro, or someone else. Generally, the name will be on side of the trash can. If you are not receiving service you can do an internet search for their phone number to see if you need to set up a new service. Sometimes the trash service is bundled with other services from the city. Please see the Additional Links and Resources tab or speak with a neighbor if you are still having trouble.

Minor Repairs and Work Orders: All correspondents for issues and work orders are done through your portal on our website. We ask that you refrain from making any work orders at the beginning for up to the first 2 weeks. The reason why is we as you live there you may notice other things. We want to only schedule 1 visit to resolve any issues. Click Here for more info

General Info: Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 2:30 pm. Closed 12 – 12:30 for lunch. Closed on weekends and major holidays. The main office number is 386-866-0177 and email is proflrentals@yahoo.com. In case of emergency call 911 or your water/electric provider.

Please be aware, at the end of your lease we expect the property to be in the same condition as when you received it. Once you give us proper notice to vacate at the end of your lease, a move out instruction form will be emailed to you and can also be found in the tenant handbook.
